Since 3 weeks ago i started having dizziness and a little short of breath like 6-8 times a day. i don't really know why i have this.

Could be lots of dx': can be a sign of hypertension and or heart disease could be asthma if you are a smoker could be above or emphysema could be sign of blood clots travelling to lungs could be sign of lung tumor need to see a pulmonary doctor for testing and a chest xray possible CT of the chest more benign problems like GERD can do this also
