Not heart related: At your age, chest pain is usually not due to heart conditions and may be related to stretching of your chest muscles during activities. It is always a good thing to have it checked out by your doctor to make sure all is well. Advil (ibuprofen) or Ibuprofen on occasion may provide relief for you.
