See your doctor: Are you using any insertable sex toys? You may be causing irritation inside. Make sure you that you keep them very clean. If you are masturbating frequently, you may have caused some irritation. Check with your doctor if it's persisting. Be honest and tell her about your work. Doctors have heard everything.

See details: Are you using any sex devices during masturbation? Also, you did not mention your age. Some of my patients with fibroids have had this sensation. First thing you should do is have a GYN physical. Any additional testing would be directed by findings in your history and physical.
