A member asked:

What are the symptoms of jock itch, and how can it be treated?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anti-fungal cream: Symptoms can include itch, rash, redness, flaking, bumps, pustules. There are several non-prescription creams and some powders that can help. Some of the active ingredients include clotrimazole, miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine. There are also several prescription creams. Sometimes an anti-fungal pill is necessary. These require a prescription too.
