Context...: A CBC without context (meaning symptoms, why it was done) is not particularly useful and nearly NEVER diagnostic for anything. Without knowing anything about your health when you had this blood drawn, I would say it is potentially indicative of a viral illness. If you have symptoms that are concerning you see your doctor.

Get it repeated: The lymphocyte count is normal (48% of 3300). The neutrophil count is low. If this is new, it may be related to a viral infection. In any case, as with all abnormal lab findings, it should be repeated after a few weeks. If the results are the same, then your physician should investigate it or refer you to a hematologist to do so.

Lab tests: Taken alone your blood test results are not concerning but blood tests are meant to compliment a history and physical examination so the complete answer will come from your provider.

What context?: Isolated data from a CBC are not useful for doctors. The entire CBC and the clinical contest of why the CBC was performed would allow doctors on this site to help you better.
