All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the values you provided are a cause for concern. Wish you good health!

In assessing cell counts the first value is usually used and that is the absolute value, in your case monocytes were 600 and that is a normal value. Your doc remains your best reference in placing your results in clinical context.
