Hi, i found in my bathroom cabinet some pills of apo-ibuprofen from 3 years ago, are those pills still useful? how long should we keep pills?

Likely expired: It's likely these pills have expired if the bottle does not have an expiration date on it. They should be disposed of properly. If in doubt, best to be safe & not take pills that are not prescribed or have expiration date on them (for over the counter medicine).
