My 4 years has a fever her temperature is 102 this morning. i given her advil (ibuprofen) twice last night, check her temperature around 5:15am it was still 102...please help?

Fever: Continue to treat her fever with weight appropriate doses of Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil. The Tylenol (acetaminophen) can be used every 4 hours up to 5 times a day and the Advil every 6 hours. Do not over bundle her and give plenty of fluids. If she has other symptoms or her fever remains high; have her seen. All the best.
