Yes.: Go to the ER now. You may have perforated your rectum or injured an artery. This needs immediate attention even if it is not painful. You may have something as simple as hemorrhoids but if you did injure the rectum that can be potentially very serious, even life threatening. If you felt resistance when introducing the enema but continued despite that resistance you likely suffered trauma.
