GI?: If you have had 4 negative pregnancy tests and you have had regular periods you are not pregnant. If your stomach feels hard it could be a GI issue not related to your reproductive organs. Have a physician examine you with a detailed history. Best of luck

See GYN: If that is your only symptom, I'm not going to be able to help much. I would suggest you make an appointment with your GYN. This will require a detailed history and physical.

Unsure whats asked: Risk of pregnancy is essentially zero 3 months and neg pregnancy test. Pregnancy tests measure the hormonal response to pregnancy, as such -ve at 1 day pregnancy and very reliable by 1 month pregnancy. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, moreso with only one symptom "hard abd". Pain, fever, other abd symptoms would be quite concerning.

Get checked: could be lack of ovulation because plan B suppressed things and causing bloating could be a cyst on your ovary could be IBS an ultrasound will at least give you peace of mind
