If : If you had a normal period then you are likely not pregnant, however if it was light then that's more common in early pregnancy. You can take a pregnancy test now and repeat in two weeks to be sure. On the other hand, your abdomen may be hard due to gas or possibly even a muscle spasm. All the best.
