Postpartum concerns: It could be motherhood itself that causes you to be tired. Parents in general find the first year of life to be the most difficult time of adjustment. It's physically exhausting esp when you have to take care of a small and very dependent child plus housekeeping. But also have your blood pressure check. Are you sleeping well at night, are you bleeding heavily? Get checked, you deserve it
