Diet and exercise: If you want to bulk up and be healthy and muscular, eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meats, eggs, and milk. Start exercising daily, running, biking or swimming are good. You'll be leaner, more muscular, and you'll feel better. Good luck!
