It may be related to: The diagnosis for which you needed the laminectomy in the first place or it could be related to some spinal instability that sometimes occurs after this type of surgery if it was a wide decompression and if it was over multiple levels so see your surgeon to discuss your symptoms and further studies in terms of imaging may be indicated from x-rays including bending or fkexion/extension views & mri.
