Very sedentary with depression. now weak legs. how best to strengthen the legs please. will i get heart failure from lack of exercise?

Sedentary: You need to get up and get moving. Start walking daily even if its in 5min increments and boost to a total of 1hour steady walking daily....minimum. If you stay sedentary there are certainly health issues from that and there are many pluses to the exercise. Less depression is one of the big benefits of exercise.
