Unclear: Your question is a little unclear, but it seems like you are asking about FISH testing in myeloma. FISH results are separate from the morphology seen on the aspiration slides, they use probes to assess changes in the DNA of the cells. As long as material was representative, these results are usually quite objective and shouldn't differ between institutions.
