I smoked weed last week, would that have any effect on my surgery tomorrow of getting my tonsils removed?

Well, your surgeon : Might not give you any pain meds if you still have any pot in your system...cause we kinda get in trouble giving pain meds to people on illegal drugs, and pot sticks around for quite a bit....so you might have a really crappy recovery--however, you need to be honest with your surgeon about the pot....good luck! It'll be much better after they are out!
