Poor eating habits: Start now with establishing regular eating habits. Look at why your eating is irregular. Try breaking the meals down to 5 times per day, smaller portions. Better to eat in a regular pattern than starve/gorge. If this becomes serious with weight changes you will need to see a dietician for help. Please watch your diet and take care!

Hunger: Appetite can fluctuate. You do not indicate your weight/ height etc so I can't comment on if your BMI. Consider using smoothies, protein bars, nuts etc if you don't have much appetite but feel you need intake for energy. Consider adding a multivit if you don't get much in the way of fruits or vegetables.Mood issues like depression / anxiety can also influence food intake. See an MD if concerned

Plan: Sometimes we get into bad habits and it's like walking in a rut - hard to get out of. I would start planning and preparing your meals ahead of time for at least 2-3 weeks. You can use www.myfitnesspal.com to track your meals, exercise and calories. It may help if you plan on eating 6 small meals per day to keep your sugars steady and prevent sudden dips in sugar and increasing hunger.
