Normal: Food aversions and lack of appetite are completely normal during the first trimester. Hopefully this phase will pass in a few weeks, and you'll be back to normal. Some people can hide nutritious food in a smoothie or a soup. But not everyone. Generally foods that are ground up or pureed are better tolerated. Think hummus or nut butter.
