?Endometriosis: Please see your OB/GYN or primary doctor and have a frank discussion with them about how often, when, what positions, etc. cause this severe pain. This is NOT normal, and can be a sign of more serious illness. Endometriosis (inner lining of the uterus escaped to OUTSIDE the uterus, but inside the belly) can sometimes cause scar tissue which is stretched with sex and orgasm. Get care! Good luck
