Trying to understand if im 14w pregnant,why will my bby measure at 14 weeks also. if when dating you arent pregnant the 1-2 weeks. help me understand?

Dating is different: Dating a pregnancy is done from the first day of the Last Menstrual Period (LMP) . Although a person is not really pregnant at the time of their LMP we still date a pregnancy this way--in essence we date the pregnancy from the time the body starts to get ready for a pregnancy which is at the LMP.
