Relax: The embryo at this point is buried within a glob of protective tissues and cushioned from the common bumps and shaking of life. It would take a significant blow directly to the womb to cause any problem. Women do loose a baby occasionally at this point, but it would not be due to your slip and slide activity if it occurred.
