Do you feel ok?: Sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you are feeling ok. Unless you start to have bad headaches or severe sleepiness today, you may be ok. Sometimes a slip and fall like this causes a bad problem inside the head. It is hard to know if it is developing unless it is checked out. If you are feeling alright, you may not need to have this checked. Stay in touch!

See a doctor: Are you on any type of blood thinners like coumadin (warfarin) or plavix? If so, go to the ER. If you do not take any blood thinner then I would still recommend evaluation by your doctor or an Urgent Care.
