Why do so many sources on the internet suggest that tongue twitches always mean als?

Internet Informasjon: Perhaps the reason is that anyone can publish on the internet- there is no editor. There is no expert who makes sure every piece of information is correct. The internet is great for learning, but some of the information is not correct! Besides, it's true that some people with ALS have tongue twitching, but very few people with tongue twitching have ALS.
