I am 7 week postpartum I had a period last week and starting yesterday I had bleeding. It was bright and had black stuff too it always filled a pad up. Today it got heavier and with blood clots, I have bad cramping and pain in the rectal area.
Ive seen doc. No answer/tests say nothing. Not hemmoroid/tear. I have rectal bleeding going off/on for 2 yrs. Bright red. Closer together now. Since July, 3xs. Last weeks then stops. Not heavy, but some clots. Pain minimal Whats going on possibly?
