Needs more volume: Give her more volume--- in form of water, formula and juice. Add some flavor to water-- like little bit juice or electrolyte solution

Constipation: If you are giving cereals, you may need to decrease the amount. Also some babies have harder time to defecate when baby foods are introduced. Other options are giving prunes or prune juice. If still no improvement then check with your pediatrician for a prescription such as lactulose. Good luck
