Hard to say...: Without being able to see the rash it is impossible to determine the cause. Contact dermatitis (rash due to sensitivity to something it is coming in contact with) is always a possibility. Make an appointment with your doctor for them to see the rash - they can then give you an appropriate plan to help resolve the problem.
