Be seen: Clotrimazole is specific for certain kinds of fungal infections that can cause skin rashes, but it will not treat other causes. Just using something without knowing what is being treated can cause problems. Since this is now 2 weeks in, and you are concerned enough to try to treat it and now ask questions, suggests it is time for someone to do a history and exam to try to make the diagnosis.

Contact allergy?: You might have develop a contact allergy to something you use and for this Clotrimazole would not help. Consider trying a topical Hydrocortisone cream if the rash itches. See a dermatologist if the problem persists or worsens.

The rash : You have in your inner thighs may just be contact dermatitis , skin irritation or dry skin.Stop Clotrimazole and use a topical steroid. You may need a prescription from your pcp for stronger strengths.Use any moisturizing cream , lotion, aquaphor ointment etc.Crisco lards still work like magic! see your doctor if condition worsened.
