Allergies?: From your medical history, it seems you have allergies. Did this start recently? Some people are very sensitive to the medicines in allergy remedies that shrink our nasal lining and "dry up" our runny noses and watery eyes. Those medications can also lower blood pressure. You might wish to try stopping those meds and see if your lightheadedness gets better. If not, see your doctor.

Lightheadedness: Other causes that you could consider and would narrow it down to anxiety if they were negative include low blood pressure especially when arising from lying position, low blood sugar, check blood count to rule out anemia, gastric reflux, sinusitis/ allergies affecting sinuses. Rarely with lyme disease and subclinical herpes I w/o mouth sore ( titers for lyme and IgG for herpes I).
