You can check: If you have been sexually active it is possible to be pregnant. The morning sickness symptoms usually don;t happen this early in pregnancy. But you should check you can start with a home pregnancy test. They can be very accurate. You should follow up with your physician following that.

Unlikely: Many women can experience change in smell, food aversions, nausea, fatigue, tender breasts, milky vaginal discharge, and other symptoms, these generally take a couple weeks to show up. Having a period generally means you are NOT pregnant; getting pregnant in the first 4 days after a period are rare. Normal hormone changes with your cycle can mimic pregnancy. Take a home test, if +, see a Dr.!
