And.....: creatinine isn't mentioned, urinalysis is not mentioned. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health and not seeing the actual lab sheet cannot say if the numbers are slightly off or very off. BUN is especially sensitve to relativley minor changes in eating/drinking habits without the kidney being abnormal at all. can't say in your case

Not by this info: kidney function is most commonly related to the creatinine level. If your Cr was normal, then you probably do not have to be concerned about your kidney function.
