Depends: If you develop only broken blisters, then apply an antibiotic ointment (for example, Neosporin) twice a day for 3 days. Watch for signs of secondary infection (accumulation or drainage of pus, increased swelling or red streaks). The sensation of pain and heat will probably last 48 hours. Ibuprofen can greatly reduce the discomfort.

Skin: Neosporin is purely an antibiotic ointment or cream. It will not harm or help sun burn or sun poisoning. Better to use lanolin.

Sun poisoning: Sun poisoning is a sunburn / sunburn with allergic reaction. It is better treated with desitin/aloe/cold packs and oral antihistamines/ tylenol/motrin. Cover up, high SPF sunscreen, drink f fluids water alternating with gaterade/juices.If confusion, dizzy, fever, blisters, pus go to ER/urgent care. Neosporin is a topical antibacterial and causes allergic reaction so avoid initially.
