Physical therapy: A hip spica would mean no walking, am I right? Anything you can do with your arms and torso and head would probably be ok. Please ask you doctor to order physical therapy for you while you are in the cast so you can move around and pull up on a bar above the bed, for example. I sincerely hope you will be able to walk eventually, but it might take some patience and work. Hope for the best.
