Sinusitis: Cannot clearly make the association between sinus infection and development of urticaria (hives) unless you were being treated with something to which you are developing an allergy. You should definitely stop taking any meds and see your doctor ASAP. Best wishes.

Sinus: If the hives are not a reaction to antibiotics or meds youve taken for the sinus infection, it may be an allergy causing both symptoms. If its meds you need to call your doctor.
