Bronchospasm: If SOB is intermittent most probably some type of asthma- Hyper active air ways. needs albuteral inhaler & if induced by allery,antihistamine need to be added Benadryl is OTC product or less sedative Zyrtec (cetirizine) or loratidine can be used. Consult PCP or pulmonologist.
