Be patient: Your endodontist is probably right in suggesting patience as it is nearing time, more than a week, to start seeing improvement in pain and swelling with the medications you are on. I would say wait until Monday for a reassessment by your endodontist for any complication.

More info needed...: If the tooth had a major abscess before the therapy was completed, then it takes a bit longer for the tissues to heal.... they were extremely inflamed going into the procedure. Your endodontist has years of experience in treating these problems. Try to be patient and follow the directions.
