Elevated TSH: If the lab range for TSH in Serbia is the same as the United States, you have hypothyroidism. You should see a physician for exam, evaluation of other conditions and likely begin a thyroid hormone replacement medicine. Make sure you follow the instructions given and get good follow up care.

Needs further eval: It needs to be evaluated further . The evaluation partly depends on the units of the measurements. If Free T4 is 7.56 ng/l which is how they measure in US and not pmol/L which is how they might measure this in much of the rest of the world, this would need evaluation of pituitary. If is is in standard international units (pmol/L) it is consistent with under active thyroid.

Hyperthyroidism: Hi, I would repeat the tests first then I would see an Endocrine doc. If the above numbers are correct you have it's called 2ndry hyperthyroidism and the problem is usually at the level of Pituitary gland or what we call a paraneoplastic syndrome, as I said you need to see an endocrine doctor for further evaluation and possible brain MRI.
