Radiculopathy: Nerve issue. Your symptoms are more consistent with pressure on a nerve on your neck than a heart problem. Have your physician evaluate your neck, discuss treatment options.

Radiating pain: Radiating pain from the neck to the little finger is suggestive of a condition called cervical radiculopathy, affecting the C8 nerve root. It is not likely to be related to the heart, although this is normally addressed first in the ER setting. Diagnosis is sometimes done by nerve conduction or MRI testing.
