Fever: With fever some parts of the body can be warmer/cooler than others. If panadol (acetaminophen) not working try ibuprofen. Fever can also cause elevated heart rate and breathing rate. May be just a stomach virus. Encourage fluids- sips often and not too cold or warm. If vomiting continues and cannot keep anything down, call your pediatrician..
