7 yr old forehead cooler than rest if body, raised temp & heart rate has vomited once not responding to panadol (acetaminophen)?

Fever: With fever some parts of the body can be warmer/cooler than others. If panadol (acetaminophen) not working try ibuprofen. Fever can also cause elevated heart rate and breathing rate.
