Hi, i have shoulder and knee pain. im highly active. knees hurt with exercise and when resting occasionally. shoulders hurt when i lift my arm. help?

Rest and PT: Your muscles are sore most likely from overuse They would benefit tremendously from balanced rest and physical therapy for conditioning. Lots of young athletes can benefit from balancing the muscles activated during exercise with those that are inhibited or weaker. PT with Core strengthening can help improve your technique. I recommend a sports medicine Doctor for evaluation and diagnosis
