Petechiae?: Petechiae are a very particular kind of red spot that does not blanch with pressure and usually is not raised. It can be a sign of serious disease. However they are also common (above the nipple line) in kids just from things like coughing or breath-holding. Flea bites are normally raised, do blanch with pressure, and itch.
