Replace Fluids...: Typhoid fever can be dangerous. When it is diagnosed, antibiotics should be started. She needs to take in as much fluid as she puts out in diarrhea and urine A dilute sugar solution works well in this situation. To avoid passing it she needs to wash her hands; She should not prepare food for others. Her urine and stool are infectious. Hospitalization and IV fluids are frequently needed.
