Not enough info: Your question concerned cyclobenzaprine at 10mg dosing as well as another medication at 750mg dosing, however you failed to include the name of the other medication. Please follow up with a clear question. Thanks!

Do Not Take Rx!: If I understand your correctly, you wish to take 10mg of cyclobenzaprine and 750mg of some other Muscle Relaxer? Don't do it! Abusing or overdosing muscle relaxers is dangerous! If you are suicidal, seek help. If you have muscle spasms/back strain, take just one muscle relaxer - As directed by your doctor. If you are wanting to experiment for a high, this is DANGEROUS!

Unclear: If a 750 means Vicodin with 750 mg of acetaminophen or 750 mg of nabumetone. If you mean a vicodin, then it's possible that mixing both cyclobenzaprine and vicodin could lead to sedation, confusion and/or decreased respiratory rate. But remember, everyone's response is different. If you have a concern you should review this with your prescribing doctor(s). Nubumetone shouldn't interact.

Heavy sedation: I'm not sure what the "750" is, but I suspect you are talking about combining a muscle relaxant cyclobenzaprine and the pain medication hydrocodone 7.5 mg/acetaminophen 750 mg for acute muscle sprain, like from a low back injury. Be careful for heavy sedation side effect. You must not drive, work with any dangerous machinery or perform any tasks that could be unsafe. Hope that helps
