A member asked:

Breaking out in a rash and having severe acid reflux. they are little tiny bumps that itch like crazy, come and go all day and night?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See your PCP: Your rash may or may not be related to the acid reflux. The rash could be an allergy to some new medication, a new soap, detergent, plant, animal, an infection, etc. There are many causes of rashes. I encourage you to see a health professional who can fully examine you and determine the cause of it if you have tried over the counter medications such as benadryl (diphenhydramine) or hydrocortisone.
