Yes: Childbearing age women can get pregnant after thyroid surgery provided that their thyroid hormone levels are adequately replaced. Hypothyroidism can decrease success rate. Also, your thyroid hormone replacement dosage will likely increase after pregnancy (on avg. by 30-50%). Need close monitoring & notify your endocrinologist of your family plans & right away when you find out you are pregnant
