Lifestyle?: It is unlikely that you have anything to be concerned about. Look at your lifestyle - are you exercising regularly, getting 7-8 hours of restful sleep, eating balanced nutritious whole foods, and avoiding excessive caffeine and alcohol? If you are, then I would discuss your fatigue with a physician; otherwise, try lifestyle modification and speak with a physician if you don't feel better.

Chronic Fatigue: Chronic fatigue may be as result of poor sleep, inadequate rest, poor nutrition, anemia, thyroid disease and other conditions that can only be identified through medical evaluation. I strongly recommend a check up with your primary care provider.
