Blessing in disguise: Since the new trend in healthy living is to take frequent breaks for activity from your longer sitting or idle position as in study or work, you shouldn't feel too bad! More seriously, feeling a bit dizzy is more related to movement or balance in some inner ear disease like vestibulitis or vertigo. If you haven't gotten yourself a recent physical check up, may be you should get one now w BP etc.
