Insect bite: This has the characteristics of a target lesion which may mean lymes disease. Im not sure what part of the country you live in or what you were bitten by, but you need to be seen to have this evaluated and possibly be put on antibiotics.

See your doctor: Please follow up with your doctor for a skin check. Insect bites can progress and worsen into skin infections that should be evaluated. Also your medical provider can prescribe treatments for relief from possible itching that you may be experiencing.
