I typically: recommend diluting it 1/2 peroxide and 1/2 water, but a little pure hydrogen peroxide on a cotton tip applicator to clean the piercing will not hurt you. Put a little aquaphor on after cleaning and spin the piercing to make it heal fastert.

My input is a little: different from that which you have received from the other doctors. Sometimes straight Hydrogen Peroxide can cause tissue damage if used to clean new piercings. New piercings are usually cleaned twice a day. Do not twist jewelry / post. Saturate gauze w saline solution (pinch of sea salt in warm water), place on piercing & allow it to gently drip into the piercing.
