Shortness of breath: hi, I suggest that you see your provider for evaluation, having shortness of breath with deep breathing is not normal and could be a sign of infection in lung.

Lung problem: These symptoms are consistent with pneumonia or bronchopneumonia. I recommend an evaluation for pneumonia. You may have "walking pneumonia" which requires an antibiotic.
